Before I started my teaching practice, I looked throwback to my previous teaching practice (semester 7), and I considered that there are three main goals such as, (managing transition- Managing Behaviours - planning for learning using the lesson plan tool - using oral formative assessment) that I would work and professionally develop them. Thus, I set up those three goals, and over time, I noticed a massive development in my teaching and learning process.
