Professionalism
Each teacher needs to show professionalism in his/her job. That lets other employees trust him/her. Moreover, that can lead him to develop and have some delegations by the manager that the others do not have. There are many areas that I focus on my TP to show professionalism.
- I show my commitment to attendance by being always on time and avoid have many excuses.
- I build a positive relationship with other employees in addition to my MST, like the assistant teacher, other teachers, principal, vice-principal, IT department, librarian, cleaners, …etc.
- I share my ideas and have many discussions with teachers in the staff room.
- I show my initiative to support (especially my MST).
- I present my thoughts and opinions in weekly meetings with grade 1 teachers.
- I care about my appearance to be suitable for a school environment.
- I ensure to have a role in events and assemblies:
UAE Flag Day
I was attending the UAE flag day online by the Teams App. The school prepared for the flag day event some activities for the students about the UAE. Most of the students were wearing the UAE traditional clothes, or T.shert has UAE flag. Then, the students had time to present anything relevant to the UAE. In the end, the students had free time to talk with their friends.

Attendance tracking: to prove my professional behavior, the school, provided this link for every trainer teacher to sign in to their attending. At the time and be punctual, not be late for any lesson.
Chinese Lesson
Attendance Chinese lesson every Thursday the students have a Chinese lesson. Al Hannan Kindergarten is the only school that provides this course for this age group. The students learn the Chinese numbers, alphabet, and some greeting words.
