Implementing Learning
Implementing learning is the area of teaching which holds the most part of the learning process. Each teacher has different strategies to implement active learning. I used several ways of implementing learning.
Teaching Strategies:
Hands-on activities: I always try to do my best to implement hands-on activities in teaching the students. I do my best to be away from using worksheets, especially for the KG students. Giving the students hands-on resources allows them to manipulate, explore, and build their meaning. Furthermore, having hands-on activities can achieve the needs of different learning styles in the class.
Positive Reinforcement: I use a reward system " the Sweet Behaviour" chart. Each student has a cupcake on the board and has to collect candles. Students are collecting the candle through the lesson, and who have good participation and good behavior. That develops my classroom management and makes the lessons flow smoothly.
Parental involvement: If we looked more in-depth, there is the main factor in students learning process which is their parents, so during my lessons, I used to involve students parents to facilitate the learning for students as they know fast and effectively when receive their parent's support
Differentiation method: I believe that each student has their learning styles and levels, which allows them to develop their skills. Thus, I used to create my lesson and learning activities based on students learning levels to receive their learning process rights.
Transition:
(Place-Place): I let the students move using different ways; group by group color or gender by gender. That type of change keeps the students engaged in the transition, and it reduces the boring feeling that they may have of repeating the same way.
(Activity-Activity): I used several ways to let the students move from one activity to another; close your eyes and relax, take a deep breath, let’s take a nap – wake up, song, Simon says:… the game, exercises, clean up, timer, …etc. All of these strategies help the students to move from one mode to another smoothly.
Classroom Management:
I used several ways to let the students leave everything once I was talking like Freezing & Hands-on head.

To grab their attention, I used to say: One, two, three, and the students should reply: look at me!

To stop some bad behavior, I used; eye contact or praising good behavior, so those who misbehave should stop immediately to get the praise.
